January saw our first official production meeting! Half the projects story boarding has been done so it was a chance for both of us to sit down and look in depth at them. It\'s quite something to see everything in motion, and discuss all those little details, believe me they soon add up!The story boards equate to something like one years worth of animation work!

We also decided that to keep things simple Andy is going to do all the background work himself. You can see the background tests above for the woodland. It\'s going to be trial and error with the backgrounds we\'re looking for a storybook look!

We also had a look around for Sound Effects. We found a few CDs about but each only had a few sounds we needed. Of course that part of the production is miles off but it doesn\'t hurt to look.

We've moved some events around as Andy read through the script carefuly whilst storyboarding. I also need to look at the boards Andy copied for me and add in incedental sounds like grunts, yelps etc.

It's ourfirst official month of production and the schedule Andy has set is tough. Wish us luck everyone!
