I've allways loved the idea of Wil 'o' the wisps. Apparently the real things are actually bog gas but never mind.. I was nervous about their inclusion as I had no idea if it would be possible to animate them.

The concept art above illustrates the effect I had in my mind. However, as I was writing I felt I need to give them a voice hence WISP. As I wrote something unexpected happened WISP gained his own personality. There was just something funny to me about a WISP so small he needed a lamp to light his way.
